摘要
微磨料水射流加工具有无污染、无切削热、无切向力、加工灵活、加工范围广等特点,应用前景广阔。为弥补本研究所自主研发的HJ-300微磨料水射流机床难以对楔形工件进行切割加工的缺陷,基于电液比例技术设计工作台调平系统,并采用PID控制技术对系统进行校正,用Simulink进行仿真。结果表明经Ziegler—Nichols整定校正后系统的灵敏性显著提高,稳态误差明显下降,再由试凑法校正后,虽然响应速度有所下降,但稳定性和精度都得到明显提高,能满足实际使用要求,对提高微磨料水射流加工具有重要应用价值。
Micao abrasive water jet has broad application prospects because of its advantages, such as no pollution, no cutting heat, no tangential force, flexibility processing, wide processing range, and so on. In order to overcome the defect that it is difficult to cut wedge workpiece thoroughly by HJ-300 micro abrasive water jet machine, leveling system was designed and built based on the electro-hydraulic proportional technology. The system was improved by PID control technology, and then simulated with the Simulink. The results show that the sensitivity is increased and the steady-state error is decreased modified by the Ziegler-Nichols method. And then the system is modified with the trying method, though its response speed drops down, the stability and accuracy have been improved significantly,and meet the requirements in practical. It has important application value for improving the micro abrasive water jet processing.
