摘要
弧面分度凸轮机构是一种高速、高精度,空间垂直轴传动的分度机构,具有结构简单、定位可靠、传动平稳、分度准确等突出优点,但由于构件弧面凸轮的工作廓面为空间不可展曲面,对它进行设计和加工存在一定难度,运用反求工程理论进行弧面凸轮的快速建模,是一种新型的设计方法。在分析弧面凸轮加工原理的基础上,提出利用三维激光扫描仪采集弧面凸轮的表面数据,基于曲面重构理论反求得到弧面凸轮的三维模型,对重构模型的质量进行了检测,并研究了模型的后续应用开发。
It's globoidal indexing cam mechanism that has high speed, high precision, and the space of vertical shqft driving dividing mechanism. It also has some advantages which are simple structure, reliable positioning, smooth transmission, accurate indexing, but since the member of globoidal working profile for space is non-developable surface, it is diffwult to design and process. There is a new kind of design method that makes use of reverse engineering theory to realize rapid modeling On the basis of the analysis of processing principle, it can use 3D laser scanner acquisition to get the suuface data of globoidal indexing cam. Based on the reverse theory of surface reconstruction to get three-dimensional model of the globoidal indexing cam, h is tested to the quality of reconstruction model and makes a study of subsequent application and development of the model.
