90后护理实习生个性心理特征分析及临床教学方法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解90后护理实习生个性心理特征状况。方法采用症状自评量表及(SCL-90)艾森克个性量表(EPQ)对上海中医药大学2010级60名护理实习生进行问卷测评。结果 90后护理实习生临床实习期间SCL-90各因子各项均高于全国常模均值,两者间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),EPQ各维度除效度L低于常模外,其余均高于常模,两者间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对护理实习生在临床实习期间存在的不同心理问题不容轻视,应有针对性地进行心理健康教育,从而提高护理实习生心理健康水平,提高护理实习生的带教质量,保证实习顺利完成,培养出合格的护理人才。 Objective: To find out the status of personality psychological characteristics of nursing student after 90s. Methods :To investigate 2010 grade 60 nursing interns in Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine University with Symptom Checklist ( SCL -90) and Eysenck Personality Inventory ( EPQ). Results When nursing students after 90s were trained in clinical, the scores of SCL - 90 factors were higher than norm ( P 〈 0.01 ) , each dimension of EPQ validity in addition L lower than norm, the rest are higher than the norm ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: For nursing students in clinical psychology internship, different issues can not be ignored, and we should target for mental health education to improve the level of psychological health, to improve the quality of teaching interns, to ensure the successful completion of training and to train qualified nursing personnel.
