摘要
实验发现聚丙烯酰胺的存在有利于新疆克拉玛依复合驱采出原油乳状液的破乳。本文详细介绍了新疆克拉玛依复合驱原油乳状液稳定性实验及其破乳过程中聚丙烯酰胺所起的作用。三元复合驱中由于碱、高聚物的加入 ,影响破乳过程的因素十分复杂 ,本文尝试从不同剂对乳状液界面性质影响的角度出发 ,通过微量量热法及界面张力的测定 。
It was shown in a series of laboratory experiments on the dehydration, spontaneous and with the help of a demulsifier, of the high water cut crude oil produced from an ASP flooding reservoir in Karamay that the existance of polyacrylamide (HPAM) promotes in some cases the demulsification/dehydration (D/D) process. The high water cut crude oil samples taken were the emulsions of purified crude oil and flooding solutions with varying concentrations of surfactant(S, a Karamay petroleum sulfonate) and HPAM in oil to water ratio 11∶89. The promotion of D/D by demulsifier AP7525 in 100 ppm was observed when the aqueous phase contained 300—500 ppm of S and 500 ppm of HPAM or 100—500 ppm of HPAM and 400 ppm of S. The best result of D/D would be obtained with 300 ppm of AP7525,500 ppm of HPAM, and 300 ppm of S. This experimental phenominon is explained in terms of the interaction of HPAM with AP7525, a water soluble polyethylenepolyamine initiated triblock PO/EO/PO polyether, and the formation of complex compound through bydrogen bonding, which was evidenced by microcalorimetric data.
