摘要
采用第四代新型光源LED辐射的红光(R,625nm)和蓝光(B,450nm)分别对金银花每日20:00-次日8:00补照12h。测定不同处理的幼苗的株高、叶片数、叶面积、茎粗、根数和叶绿素含量。研究结果表明,不同光质补光对四季金银花的生长影响显著且存在差异。总体认为,补充红光和蓝光下的金银花株高、叶片数、叶面积和叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)含量均显著高于对照。而且红光处理的植株最高,而且促进金银花开花。蓝光对提高叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素(a+b)含量的影响最大。
Add the fourth generation of new light source LED red light(R,625nm) and blue light (B,450nm) respectively to different Lonicera japonica Thunb from 20:00pm to 8:00am as 12h, determine different treatment of seedling height,leaf number, leaf area, stem diameter, root number and chlorophyll content, and we get the results that the effects of different light quality,light on the growth of four seasons of the Lonicera japonica Thunb show significant differences. Generally, the plant height,leaf number, leaf area and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll (a + b) content of the Lonicera japonica Thunb under the red and blue LED light are significantly higher than that of control. And the red-light treated plants are the highest, and the Lonicera japonica Thunb blossoms are also promoted. The blue light increases the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll ( a + b) content most.
