摘要
井下油水分离系统由双液流泵、旋流分离器和原油提升泵三大部分组成。工作时 ,利用双液流泵和旋流分离器将井下产出的高含水原油增压后经旋流分离 ,含油浓度极低的水相介质被直接注入注水层 ,经旋流分离器浓缩后的原油相介质经原油提升泵采出地面。在分析井下油水分离系统工作原理的基础上 ,介绍了双液流泵的结构设计 ,泵流量的理论计算公式 ,并给出了双液流泵单向阀阀球的运动微分方程。试制的井下油水分离系统在辽河石油勘探局曙光、兴隆台和金马等采油厂的现场试验中 ,收到了显著的降水稳油效果。
The downhole oil water separation system is comprised of double fluid flow pump, cyclone separator and oil pump. The working principle of the separation system is introduced. The design feature of the double fluid flow pump is described, equations for calculating its flow rate are offered, and the motion differential equation of the one way valve ball is given. The oil water separation system developed was used in oil fields, and remarkable effect has been achieved.
