摘要
为了避免有源电力滤波器发生故障后,电力系统出现电能质量的严重畸变,针对有源电力滤波器的运行特点,以及故障发生后电力系统会呈现出的状态,提出了对有源电力滤波器的失灵保护。分别基于电流的特定次谐波和电流的谐波畸变率,提出了两种故障检测方案:其一是检测电流中含有的特定次谐波;其二是检测电流谐波畸变率。在matlab基础上对故障检测环节进行了仿真。又提出两种继电器动作方案:其一是直接切负荷;其二是加装备用有源电力滤波器。利用检测方法二和动作方案二对10kV系统进行了仿真分析,结果表明,对有源电力滤波器进行继电保护是有必要的,而且所提保护方案可行。
To avoid the severe distortion of power quality caused by active power filter(APF)faults, the paper put forwards APF failure protection strategies based on operation characteristics of APF and states of power systems after faults.Two fault detection schemes are proposed: to check specific harmonics in the current, and to detect total harmonic distortion of the current.The two schemes are simulated based on MATLAB.Two relay action plans are also presented, namely cutting load directly and adding standby APF.Simulation analysis is conducted on the 10kV power system using the second fault detection scheme and the second relay action plan. Results show that adding relay protection on APF is necessary, and the proposed protection schemes are feasible.
