摘要
针对聚合物类稳泡剂在不同环境下稳泡能力存在差异的问题,选用起泡性良好的AOS作为起泡剂,研究了室温下部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、黄原胶(XC)等聚合物对最佳浓度表面活性剂泡沫体系稳定性的影响,通过实验对比了不同聚合物稳泡能力受不同条件的影响程度,并分析原因。结果表明,黄原胶的稳泡及耐盐效果最好,羧甲基纤维素钠次之,部分水解聚丙烯酰胺最差。
Considering the varying capacities of polymer foam stabilizer under different environments,the well-performed AOS is selected as the foaming agent to study the effects of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide( HPAM),carboxymethyl cellulose( CMC), xanthan gum( XC) and other polymers on the stability of the foam surfactant system with optimum concentration under the room temperature. Through experiments,the capacities of different polymers are compared and analyzed. The results show that xanthan gum shows the best performance in foam stabilization and resistance to salt,followed by CMC and HPAM.
