摘要
数字化仪控系统的很多功能依赖参数阈值的判决。阈值表征系统状态,更是构成反应堆保护系统是否启动的基准参考。常规的阈值监测数据固定单一,缺乏与时间、工况等的相关性,缺乏对多个阈值的综合考虑。在安全前提下采用阈值监测优化,包括通用的数据处理及有效滤波、阈值浮动,从单一参数扩展到多参数阈值判决,提高了系统阈值判决的准确性、完备性、实时性和鲁棒性,降低了堆芯熔化及大量放射性物质泄漏的概率,提升了核电厂的安全性。
Many functions of DCS IC system rely on threshold decision of parameters. The system state is shown by threshold and the action of reactor protection system is based on threshold. For conventional ways of threshold monitoring,data is fixed and lack of correlation with time. Multiple parameters' threshold decisions are not considered too. To keep the premise of security,some method of threshold monitoring and optimization are adopted,such as general data processing,filtering,floating threshold,from single parameter to multi-parameter. For the threshold judgment,the advantages are improving the accuracy,completeness, real time and robustness. The frequency of core melt and leakage about a large amount of radioactive material is reduced. The safety of nuclear power plants is improved.
