摘要
20 0MW褐煤机组在改为全烧烟煤时 ,进行了改前改后的对比性试验 ,试验中发现 ,在设备不做大的改动时 ,可全烧省内烟煤。锅炉效率基本达到烧褐煤时的设计值 ,燃烧稳定。 130MW以上不需投油助燃 ,未发现结焦 ,炉膛平均温度水平略高于烧褐煤时的温度。煤粉细度高于经济煤粉细度 ,磨出口温度高、含氧量高 。
A contrast test has been conducted to identify the changes that may occur after a 200 MW boiler unit operating on brown coal turned to firing only bituminous coal. During the test it is found that without making major equipment changes the boiler unit under discussion can operate wholly on bituminous coal of Heilongjiang Province. In such a case the boiler has an efficiency basically equivalent to the design efficiency it will attain when operating on brown coal and also a stable combustion at that. At a load in excess of 130 MW the boiler unit can maintain its stable combustion without the use of oil. Meanwhile, no slagging has been detected and the furnace average temperature found to be a little higher than in the case of firing brown coal. Moreover, the fineness of the pulverized coal appears to be higher than that needed for economic combustion. It is also noted that a high temperature coupled with a high oxygen content of the pulverized coal at mill outlet may lead to an inability to meet the explosion proof requirements of the pulverized coal preparation system.
