响应面法优化水红花子槲皮素提取工艺的研究

摘要 以水红花子为原料提取槲皮素,研究提取槲皮素的最佳工艺条件。研究不同乙醇溶液浓度、料液比、温度、提取时间、提取次数等各种因素对提取率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面分析实验研究水红花子中总槲皮素的最佳提取工艺条件。响应面实验分析得出工艺的最佳参数为:乙醇浓度为77%,料液比为1:15,温度为78℃,提取3.5h,提取3次,在最佳条件下,实际一次提取率为0.5574%。 The extraction of quercetin was researched with Polygonum orientale as material , and the optimum extraction processing conditions was studied. The study on the effect of different facters, such as ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and so on, on the extraction rate was conducted. On the basic of the single factor experiment, the optimum extraction conditions of quercetin from Polygonum orientale were ob- tained with Response Surface Methodlogy, the optimum conditions of extraction quercetin was as follow: ethanol concen- tration 77%, extraction temperature 78 ℃, material-fluid ratio 1 : 15, extraction time 3.5 h, extraction three times, and the yield of quercetin was up to 0.5574% at the optimum conditions for once.
