新课改下民族地区中小学教师对教师教育课程改革意见的调查

摘要 目的:了解中小学优秀教师在新课改下对高师教师教育相关问题的认识、感受以及对高师教师教育课程体系改革的意见,探讨新课改下,高师教师教育课程的设置;方法运用自编问卷,对250名凉山民族地区中小学优秀教师进行调查;结果中小学优秀教师对高师教师教育课程设置的意见主要集中于五个方面:第一、教师思德素质的培养;第二、教学实践课程的增加;第三、教师技能的训练;第四、研究性教学的强化;第五、开设民族文化基础选修课程。结论中小学优秀教师对高师教师教育的建议,对于我们当前教师教育的课程设置,教育教学方法的改革有着重要的参考价值。 Purpose: to understand the correlation of Teacher Education in the new curriculum under the excellent primary and middle school teachers' knowledge, feelings and opinions on the reform of curriculum system of Higher Normal Education of teachers. On the other hand, this the curriculum of teacher education settings; Methods: This Liangshan ethnic area. Result: After the investigation, the views article is to investigate the changes in the new class, research uses questionnaire survey from 250 in on the curriculum design for teacher education those excellent primary and secondary teachers put forward to Higher Education mainly focus on five aspects: first, the teacher thought morality quality training; second, to increase the teaching practice course; third, the training of teachers' skills; fourth, strengthening the research teaching; fifth, offering the basic elective course in national culture; Inclusion: the teacher education in the teacher's advice of excellent teachers in primary and middle schools which sets up for our current teacher education curriculum, and reform teaching methods have important reference value.
