摘要
在城市中,一些核心建筑的周围往往会形成城市公共空间,当原有建筑由于功能退化或其他原因不能适应城市的发展,无法适应新的环境,失去原有的活力时,周边的城市公共空间便会逐渐失落衰败,形成了城市中的模糊地带。本文以汉口大智门火车站及周边地区为例,论述了模糊地带的内涵,分析了模糊地带的更新方式,并为大智门火车站及周边地区的更新再利用提出了几点建议。
In the city, around the key buildings will often form the public space, when the key buildings can not adjust to the new period because of the degradation on function, peripheral city public space so will lose energy and decline gradually, become a gray area in the city. This paper is to discuss the design and principle of the public spaces in historical block, taking the Dazhimen railway station and the historical block around it as the example.
