摘要
海上风电系统的惯性响应有利于增强其所在区域电网的暂态稳定性。文中首先提出适用于海上风电场并网的VSC-HVDC控制策略,并解决由风电机组组网的海上交流系统缺乏惯性的问题。其次,基于所提的VSC-HVDC控制策略,结合变速恒频风电机组的虚拟惯性控制,研究海上风电系统的虚拟转动惯量与电网频率变化的关系,实现海上风电系统对电网频率的动态支持。最后,通过对含海上风电系统的区域电网的仿真分析,验证所提控制策略能够实现海上风电系统对电网频率的快速响应。
Inertia response of offshore wind turbines is beneficial to enhance the transient stability of regional power systems. In this paper, the control strategy with voltage sourced converter based HVDC (VSC-HVDC) appropriate for the integration of wind generation is proposed first to solve the low inertia issue of offshore network. Following that, based on the presented VSC-HVDC based control strategy, and by considering the virtual inertia control scheme of variable speed wind turbines, the relationship between the virtual inertia of the offshore wind power system and the network frequency variation is investigated, which provides dynamic frequency support to the grid. Finally, simulation results show that with the proposed control strategy, the offshore wind power system provides fast response to the grid frequency deviation.
