摘要
介绍了ABLT滚动轴承寿命及可靠性强化试验机的工作原理,论述了其载荷校准原理,指出了校准方法与步骤,并对轴向和径向载荷校准进行探讨。结果表明,ABLT试验机满足GB/T 24607—2009《滚动轴承寿命与可靠性试验及评定》对试验载荷的要求。
The working principles of ABLT are introduced, and the load calibration principles are described. The cali- bration methods and steps are pointed out, and the axial and radial load calibrations are discussed. The results show that ABLT meet the test load requirements of GB/T 24607--2009《Rolling bearings -Test and assessment for life and reliability》.
