摘要
针对智能电网中高级测量体系的实时互动要求,以及现有的分时峰谷电表、预付费电能表及具有异地抄表功能的电能表不能满足通信速率、安全性等方面要求的现状,提出了基于3G技术的智能电表通信网络接入方案,为电力用户和电力部门实现双向数据交互提供网络支持,具有通信速率高、实时性好、安全等优势;文章基于ARM平台和内嵌TCP/IP协议栈3G模块,实现了智能电表在嵌入式系统下通过PPP拨号成功接入3G网络。
To meet the real--time and bidirectional requirements of advanced metering infrastructure of smart--grid, and in view of the existing time of peak and valley electricity meter~ prepaid energy meter and remote meter which have reading function of electric energy can't meet the current requirements, such as communication rate, security, a communication network access solution of smart grid whicg is based on 3G techlogy is proposed. It provides network support for the power users interact with the electric power department to realize bidirec- tional data, and has high communication rate, good real--time performance and security advantages. This study includes hardware architecture based on the ARM platform and 3G module embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, working principle of the 3G network access and how to realize the Access 3G network by the PPP dial--up in the embedded system.
