摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者自我管理能力培训对提高患者糖尿病知识、自我管理技能以及对糖尿病代谢指标控制的影响。方法对2009年11月~2010年11月在我院治疗的2型糖尿病患者161例,予问卷形式测试培训前后糖尿病知识及自我管理水平,分别采集培训前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平,并测量体重及血压,监测糖代谢控制指标。结果161例患者培训结束后,糖尿病知识评分及自我管理能力评分较培训前明显提高(P<0.001);空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数均低于培训前水平(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病自我管理能力的培训,能有效促进糖尿病患者病情的良性转归,提高糖尿病患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of self management ability training on diabetic knowledge acquire- ment, self management technique, and metabolic index. Method 161 type II diabetic patients who meet the WHO di- agnostic criterion were included from November 2009 to November 2010. Diabetic knowledge and self management ability were measured by questionnaire. Fasting blood-glucose, 2 h after meal blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglo- bin, blood lipid, body weight and blood pressure was assessed to determine diabetes control. Result After training, the scores of diabetic knowledge and self management ability were higher than that before training （P^0. 001） ~ The fasting blood-glucose, 2 h after meal blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and BMI were lower than that before training （P^0.05）. Conclu- sion The training of self management ability of diabetic patients was significantly improved the prognosis of diabetes and quality of living for diabetic patients.
