摘要
分析航空发动机风扇驱动系统的结构特点,提出一种航空发动机风扇驱动系统的设计方法。根据现役航空发动机结构尺寸参数,结合开关磁阻电机原理进行航空发动机风扇驱动系统的初步设计。利用Ansoft对航空发动机风扇驱动系统的磁链、转矩进行分析。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建航空发动机风扇驱动系统的非线性模型,采用直接瞬时转矩控制方法,有效地抑制航空发动机风扇驱动系统的转矩脉动,验证了航空发动机风扇驱动系统的有效性。
The structure characteristics of fan-driving system for aero-engine was analyzed, and a kind of design method was produced. A prototype was designed according to principle of switched reluctance machine bansed on active aero-engine. Its flux-linkage and torque were analyzed by Ansofl. It validated the validity of fan-driving system for aero-engine by building its non-linear model on MATLAB/Simulink. The direct-instant-torque control method can restrain the driving system's torque ripple.
