摘要
实现环境友好型的经济增长已经刻不容缓,大城市是实现环境保护的主要着力点。运用超效率数据包络分析(DEA)模型测度了考虑资源环境因素下的中国30个大城市的环境效率,发现南方城市的环境效率明显高于北方城市,东部城市的环境效率表现出全面领先的优势。最后,利用受限因变量(Tobit)模型对影响环境效率的因素进行了研究,结果表明人均GDP的调高、产业结构的优化和政策措施的完善对提高城市环境效率有着显著的积极影响。
Big cities are the focus point of realizing the environmentally friendly economic growth. This essay makes evaluation of environmental efficiency of 30 big cities of China by means of super efficiency DEA model. The result shows as follows: environmental efficiency shows a pattern of south cities higher than north cities, east cities are outstanding performance. In the end, Tobit model is used to test the determinants of the environmental efficiency in China. The empirical results show that GDP per capital, industrial structure, policies and measures have a significant effect on the environmental efficiency.
