摘要
目前常规井口密封装置多用于抽油机悬点在井口以上的情况,若用于长冲程采油,则地面需配套高架结构,存在稳定性差、起下困难和成本高等问题。为此,研制了超长冲程井口密封装置。该装置采用长密封管补偿对接方式,布置在井口以下,可满足12 m超长冲程抽油需要;采用软、硬组合双级密封方式,具有较好的耐压与密封性能。胜利油田5井次的试验结果表明,该装置在整个试油周期内工作时间长,密封良好,平均泵效达71.6%。
At present the wellhead sealing device is often used by pumping system with the polished rod above wellhead. If the device is used in long-stroke pumping, the elevated structure should be provided on ground. This may cause such problems as poor stability, tripping difficulty and high cost. Therefore, the wellhead sealing device for super-long stroke pumping was developed. The device adopted long sealing pipe for compensation docking. II was arranged under wellhead, satisfying the pumping requirement of 12-meter super-long stroke. The soft and hard combinations and two-stage sealing mode were adopted, with desirable pressure resistance and sealability. The five-well- time test findings in Shengli Oilfield show that the device can work for a long time within the overall oil test cycle. The sealability is desirable and the average pump efficiency reaches 71.6%.
