摘要
致密成型燃料是提高低密度玉米秸秆使用性能的关键手段之一,通过致密成型燃料,可以方便玉米秸秆运输和储存。为此,根据玉米秸秆压缩成型的主要特点,利用ANSYS的结构分析模块对挤压过程进行有限元分析,得到物料在挤压过程中的流动变化规律,揭示玉米秸秆在整个成型过程中应力、应变和摩擦力变化过程,旨在为生物质致密成型机理研究提供理论基础。
Densification fuel technology is one of key method for utilization of biomass, which would be benefit for trans- port and storage. Based on characteristic of biomass briquetting for corn stover, the finite element simulation has been used for analyzing densification process by ANSYS software. Biomass moving has been observed through the simulation, stress-strain and friction changes have been explained during processing densification fuel, and which would provide theory for researching mechanism for biomass densification.
