摘要
结合整秆式甘蔗收获机械剥叶机构的开发研究,基于甘蔗自身材料特性及在喂入输送过程中的仿真分析,提出甘蔗剥叶机构的输送装置应采用浮动式。通过运动仿真分析和结构的有限元分析,证实了甘蔗在输送过程中可顺利通过;在多根甘蔗喂入时,浮动辊能自动调节工作间距,防止甘蔗物流的堵塞卡死。
A pair of floating conveying mechanism of cleaning leaves based material properties was presented. Simulation of motion analysis and the sugarcane convey successfully when more than one sugarcane matically to prevent sugarcane logistics from jamming. feeding, the on the simulation analysis of conveying and its finite element analysis of structure show that floating roller can adjust working space auto-matically to prevent sugarcane logistics from jamming.
