摘要
基于对取苗机构结构简单、成本低、取苗成功率高和效率高的要求,设计了一种门形取苗机构,简述了该机构的工作原理及关键部件的结构设计。为验证机构的工作性能,进行了不同转速下的取苗试验。试验结果表明:在取苗速度40—70r/min下,平均取苗成功率为94.4%,伤苗率为4.9%,满足自动取苗要求。
Based on the requirement of simple structure, low cost, high success rate, high efficiency of picking seedling machinery, this paper designed a kind of crank slide portal picking seedling machinery, described the working principleand the mechanical structure design of key components, momer to validate the workingperformance of the mechanism, experiment of picking seedings under different speed was done. The experiment results showed that under the speed of 40 70r/rain, the average success rate of picking seeding was 94.4%, the average rate of injury seedings was 4.9% , meeting the requirement of automatic picking seedlings.
