摘要
由于社会与企业对软件工程人才需求的不断发展与变化,使得如何设置并优化软件工程专业课程体系、改进教学方法以培养出满足社会需求、具有较强实践能力的工程型软件工程人才已成为当务之急.为此,软件工程专业以社会需求为导向,建立了软件工程专业多层次课程体系,建立了多层次实践环节体系,为培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力奠定了坚实基础.同时还建立了软件工程专业教育平台,从特色专业教育、实训平台、精品课程、远程辅导等方面为学生提供网络学习、实训、就业等多方位资源,经过多年的探索与实践,软件工程专业教学质量逐年稳步提高,就业率稳步提高,社会认可度稳步提高.
With the rapid development of the information technology, Software Engineering is facing the fol-lowing challenges: How to set up and optimize professional course system, and how to improve the teaching methods to train skilled software engineers with strong practical ability and innovation consciousness to meet the immediate social needs. So with the guidance of social needs, a multilevel curriculum system of software engi-neering and a new multilevel practice system are established, which lay a solid foundation to cultivate students' engineering practice ability and innovation ability. To cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and innova-tion practice ability, the following reforms are established: software engineering education platform with kinds of resources about characteristic profession education; elite software engineers' cultivation and training platform; ex-cellent courses; emote assistance and the like, which provide students with web learning, practice training, em-ployment information and so on. With so many years' research and practice, Soft Engineering major is increas-ingly improved on the teaching quality, employment rate and society's acceptance.
