摘要
高等教育国际化动因理论在20多年的发展中,形成了以政治、经济、学术、文化为核心的四要素动因理论及后来经过改造发展的以国家和院校层面为分析框架的二维动因理论。随着高等教育国际化主体的增多和国际环境的变化,我们提出了以政治、经济、社会文化、学术及人力资源五个维度为纵坐标,以国际组织、区域、国家及高等院校四个层面为横坐标的高等教育国际化动因理论新框架。
After 20 years' development of the rationale theory of higher education rater- nationalization, it formed the four-element rationale theory with polities, economic, academ- ic and culture as the core and then the modified two-dimensional rationale theory with coun- tries and institutions level as analytical framework. With the main body increasing of higher education internationalization and the change of international environment, it put forward to a new rational theory framework for higher education internationalization with the vertical axis of five dimensions in politics, economic, social culture, academic and human resources, and the horizontal axis of four levels in international organizations, regions, countries and universities.
