摘要
针对现有食品搅拌机存在的在搅拌器中心附近产生明显的涡流回转区域,使搅拌不均匀、效果变差,使用两个电机分别提供搅拌器的旋转和搅拌桶的提升运动的问题,设计一款运动分离偏心型食品搅拌机,推导出搅拌轨迹的理论方程,并利用Matlab软件和Solidworks软件进行轨迹优化和运动仿真,结果表明:当S值取为π、K值取为1.25时,搅拌轨迹比较理想。
There is an obvious vortex rotary region for the currently- used blenders near the center of agitator. Therefore, these kinds of blenders can not stir the materials evenly. Sometimes, those ma chines need two motors to offer the driving force respectively for the rotating of agitator and the lift of agitation tank. In order to handle these problems and limitations, A new motion separation spiral type food blender was designed. The track theory equation of this new ag itator also has been put forward. Trajectory optimization and motion simulation have been carried on with Matlab and Solidworks. Its move track and analogue simulation of work process had also been carried on with Matlab and Solidworks. Finally, the following re- searching result were: when S was defined as and K was supposed to be 1. 25, the stir trajectory of motion separation spiral type food blender was more ideal, This results could provide some references for the design of food blender.
