摘要
改进传统绿原酸提取工艺,降低消耗,提高提取效率。用乙醇溶液浸析罗田金银花叶过夜,然后加沸水进行水浴搅拌提取。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为浸析物料比1∶3.5(m∶V),乙醇浓度60%,pH 4,沸水物料比1∶20(m∶V),沸水水浴搅拌10min。该条件下绿原酸提取效果好,相比醇提法,提取时间仅为16.6%,乙醇用量仅为8.3%。该工艺合理可行、成本低,适用于工业化。
In order to raise extraction efficiency and reduce costs, the traditional technique of chlorogenic acid extraction from Flus Lonicerae has been improved. The leaves of Luotian honeysuckle were soaked with ethanol-water solution, and then the chlorogenic acid was extracted by boiling water with stirring in a boiling water bath. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: material to liquid ratio for soak 1 : 3.5 (m : V) ; ethanol concentration 60% ; pH 4; material to liquid ratio for extraction 1 : 20 (m : V); stirring time 10 min. The extraction results were better than those of tradi- tional extraction methods. The extraction time and ethanol wastage amounts were only 16.6% and 8.3% to the extraction with ethanol, respectively. This method is practical and reasonable with low costs, and suitable for commercial production.
