摘要
胜利纯梁采油厂原油含蜡量高 ,凝固点高 ,地层渗透率低 ,粘土含量多 ,而且对碱敏感性高。以天然混合羧酸盐为主 ,通过正交实验设计和界面张力最低值测定获得针对纯梁采油厂的最佳三元复合驱配方 ,界面张力最低值为 5 .2× 10 -4 mN/m ,对此配方进行了室内模拟驱油实验研究 ,采收率提高达 14.6 %— 16 .7%OOIP。
An ASP flooding system is formulated for Chunliang Oil Fields featured by high wax content and high pour point of crude oil and very low permeability(0.052 μm 2), high clay content and alkaline sensitivity of reservoir formations (90℃). The optimal basic formation obtained is composed of 0.35% JH(a compounded natural carboxylate), 0.07% FBB(a surfactant),0.8%(Na 2CO 3+NaHCO 3), 0.05% HPAM 3530S. The minimum dynamic interfacial tension 3.16×10 -3 mN/m is observed. This flooding solution is stable at least in 60 days at 90℃. In core experiments with this solution the enhancement in oil recovery obtained is 14.6% and 16.7%(OOIP).
