内循环泡沫浮选塔传质特性研究

摘要 在自制的新型内循环式泡沫浮选塔内,考察了捕集剂含量,气体流量、进料流量对分离传质过程的影响,得出传质系数的变化规律。结果表明,传质系数随着捕集剂含量的增加先增后减,随着气体流量和进料流量的增大而增大。在本实验范围内,得出最适宜操作条件:捕集剂含量为6mg/L、气体流量为180~240L/h.进料流量为90L/h。 In the new inner loop of a homemade foam flotation column, effects of trapping agent concentration, gas flow and feed rate on the fractionation mass transfer were investigated, and the variation of mass transfer coefficients has been obtained. The results showed that the mass transfer coefficient increased first and then decreased along with increasing content of trapping agent whilst becoming higher as the gas flow and feed rate increased. The most suitable operating conditions have been found to be: the content of trapping agent 6 mg/L, gas flow 180 to 240 L/hr and feed rate 90 L/hr.
