摘要
从实际出发，既要考虑需要和可能，又要发展接替储备，力求高起点创新和完善配套的结合，以先进适用的装备，为提高油田开发建设的经济效益服务，是油田开发装备技术改造和开发研制应遵循的基本原则。近期应着重发展的装备是：顶驱、水平井、小井眼钻井和完井的配套设备；连续抽油杆、井下油水分离器、气举采油设备等人工举升装备；大排量自控变量堵水调剖泵、深层开发大排量高压注水泵等注水装备；油气混输泵、在线三相不分离计量设备等高效集输装备；剩余油监测、油藏地应力及裂缝展布检测等油藏监测仪器设备，以及油层改造、修井和三次采油装备等。装备制造企业要认清形势，转变观念，制定发展战略，占领国内市场，开拓国际市场，尽快走出困境。
s The basic criterion for developing oilfield development equipment is providing advanced corollary products to improve the economic benefits and serve the oilfield construction by means of technical innovation and reform． At present stress should be laid on developing the following equipment top drive drilling system horizontal well and slim hole drilling and completion equipment coiled sucker rod down hole oil－water separator gas lift system large displacement pump for water shutoff and profile control high pressure water injection pump oil－gas transfer pump and oil－gas－water metering device reservoir monitoring instruments and devices and formation reconstruction equipment well servicing equipment and tertiary recovery equipment． The oilfield equipment manufacturers should conduct a correct evaluation on the current situation so as to make corresponding developing strategy．
