超声弹性成像与全自动乳腺容积扫描诊断乳腺肿块价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography,UE)与自动全乳腺容积扫描(automated breast volume scanning,ABVS)在乳腺良恶性肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法收集自2012年6月至2013年7月行超声检查乳腺肿块67例,分别以UE及ABVS的良恶性标准判断肿块的性质,并与术后病理诊断作对照研究。结果 UE技术对乳腺肿块良恶性诊断的敏感性为92%,特异性为90%,准确性为91%;ABVS技术对乳腺肿块良恶性诊断的敏感性83%,特异性96%,准确性89%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UE与ABVS在诊断乳腺肿块的性质上敏感性、特异性具有统计学意义,二者联合更具有应用价值。 Objective To evaluate applied value of ultrasonic elastography (UE) and ultrasonic automated breast volume scanning (ABVS) in the differentiation of breast disease.Methodss From Jun 2012 to Apr 2013,collect 67 patients of breast lump,with UE and ABVS in beingn and malignant properties,and using the postoperative pathological results as golden standard. Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of U E for diagnosing malignant breast lesions was 92%,90%,91%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity,and accuracy of ABVS for diagnosing malignant breast lesions was 83 %,96%, 89 %, respectively. Differences were compared by statistics(P〈0.05) .Conclusion The combined application of UE and ABVS has important clinical value for diagnosising the differential of benign and malignant breast nassses.
