摘要
采用胶体沉淀法制备Cu-Zn-Ca/SiO2新型催化剂,用于糠醛气相加氢合成糠醇的研究.考察第一助剂Zn含量、第二助剂的选择以及含量对催化性能的影响,并采用BET、XRD和H2-TPR对催化剂的结构、比表面积、孔容和孔径进行表征.催化剂活性测试结果表明:当第一助剂Zn质量分数为2%,第二助剂选择Ca且质量分数为2%时,Cu-Zn-Ca/SiO2新型催化剂表现出良好的活性和选择性.
A series of the Cu-Zn-Ca/Si composite catalysts were prepared for hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol by the method of colloidal precipitation. The content of the first Zn promoter, the selec- tion and content of the second promoters were systematically varied to optimize the CuO/SiO2 catalysts. The structure and its surface area, aperture and the particle diameter of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and TPR. The results of process conditions of catalysts preparation showed that the optimum preparation conditions were obtained when while the Zn content was 2 % and the Ca content was 2 %.
