摘要
笔者研制的抛光衬垫材料,是一种弹-塑性的聚氯酯微孔泡沫制品,在其结构中含有抛光剂,用“快速三步法”制备。该材料在机床上加工成为不同规格的圆片,可用于精密光学透镜、平面镜、眼镜片和金属等材料的抛光和精加工。 聚氯酯基体和其它聚合物互穿网络,能提高衬片的承载性能。
The polishing pad we supply are microcellular elastic-plastic polyurethane loam products with an abrasive or a polishing agent within its structure. They are prepared by the method of Quickoperating three stages shot, then they are cut by lathe to form a discal sheet.The typical polyurethane microcellular polishing pads are used for high speed polishing of prescision opitics and ophthalmic lenses, and for polishing or fine finishing of other matters.Polyurethane matrix material with other polymers interpenetrating network can increase pad load characteristic.
