沙鼠前脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织HSP27和IGF-1的表达变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过观察脑组织中热休克蛋白(HSP27)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在沙鼠前脑缺血再灌注损伤后的表达变化。方法对沙鼠予以夹闭双侧颈总动脉并再通造成脑缺血再灌注模型。观察沙鼠前脑组织HE染色的病理变化,观察免疫组织化学染色HSP27与IGF-1的表达情况。结果 HE染色:脑缺血再灌注组可见胶质细胞水肿、肥大、增生、神经元坏死等情况。免疫组化染色:与对照组及假手术组相比,脑缺血再灌注组HSP27和IGF-1的表达于6h开始上调,3d达高峰,7d时仍偏高。结论缺血再灌注的沙鼠脑组织中HSP27与IGF-1表达均升高并可能减轻缺血再灌注所导致的脑损伤。
