紫羊茅和多年生黑麦草不同生长阶段粗蛋白和氨基酸含量动态分析 被引量:9

摘要 试验以紫羊茅和多年生黑麦草为研究对象,分析测定了其在分蘖期、拔节期、扬花期和成熟期4个不同生长阶段的粗蛋白和17种氨基酸含量。结果表明:紫羊茅和多年生黑麦草CP及TAA随生长阶段均呈下降趋势,几乎呈直线下降的趋势;17种氨基酸中,16种氨基酸均随生长阶段呈下降趋势,仅谷氨酸是随生长阶段呈现"高-低-高"的变化趋势。紫羊茅和多年生黑麦草赖氨酸含量在分蘖期最高(分别为0.87%、0.99%),成熟期最低(分别为0.34%、0.39%)。上述结果表明,紫羊茅和多年生黑麦草中粗蛋白和氨基酸含量受生长阶段影响较大;2种牧草应在扬花期收割最佳。 The dynamic analysis on the crude protein and amino acid content of perennial rysgrass and Red rescue at different growth stages, namely, tillering, jointing, flowering and mature stages, were conducted. The results show that with the growth of perennial rysgrass and Red rescue, the CP and TAA contents were in a downward trend; among the 17 amino acids, 16 were in a decline curve, while Glu alone showed a "high--low--high" trend. The Lys contents of the both were the highest (0.87% and 0.99%) in tillering stage, and the lowest (0.34% and 0.39) in mature stage. The above results reveal that the CP and TAA contents in perennial rysgrass and Red rescue were affected significantly by the growth stage. It is advised to cut the two forages in flowering stage.
