摘要
研究在 0~ 130℃范围内超声波横波声速的变化规律 ,即 0~ 4 0℃时声速基本不变 ,随温度升高 ,声速增加 ,在 70~ 80℃附近声速达到最大值 ,随后声速反而减少。讨论了不同温度下 ,超声探头K值的选择方法 ,为保证超声波检测的准确性提供了参考依据。
The variation law of the sound velocity of ultrasonic transverse wave is studied at the range of 0~130℃. The sound velocity is almost invariable at 0~40℃, it increases with temperature hoisting, and reaches the maximum at 70~80℃, beyond the above range, it reduces instead. The selection of K of ultrasonic probe at varied temperature is discussed to provide the reference for the ultrasoinc test.
