大规模定制型企业需求不确定下订单优化配置 被引量:1

Optimal order configuration of mass customization enterprises under demand uncertainty

摘要 在大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)和按订单配置(Configure-To-Order,CTO)被确认为有效的商业模式后,为合理规划有限资源获取最大利润,对于需求不确定性问题,考虑在多情境下的订单配置策略,并且针对在不同情境下顾客不同的替代行为进行分类,进一步降低CTO企业成本,增加企业的供给弹性.算例分析表明:在总体利润、库存和产量等方面,多情境多替代订单配置均优于单一、无替代的情况.针对MC型企业的CTO模式,运用多情境多替代的订单优化配置是确实可行的. A To get the maximum profit by rationally planning the limited resources under the situation that Mass Customization (MC) and Configure-To-Order (CTO) have been recognized as a valid business model, for the demand uncertainty problems, the order configuration strategies under multi-situations are considered and the different substitution behaviors of customers under different situations are classified to reduce costs and increase supply elasticity of CTO enterprises. The examples show that, whether the overall profit, inventory or production, the order configurations under multi-situations and multiple substi- tution levels are better than those under single situation and no substitution. For MC enterprises with CTO mode, the order configurations with multi-situations and multiple substitution levels are feasible.
