摘要
针对台山电厂3—5号机组一次调频响应不足的问题,分析了机组一次调频控制逻辑,指出一次调频控制策略设计存在不足。提出逻辑优化策略:汽轮机数字式电液调节系统和单元机组协调控制系统采用同一频率差信号;将负荷修正量加至负荷设定值回路;将转速不等率由5%修改为4.5%,以提高负荷增量。机组一次调频响应试验结果验证了经过控制逻辑优化后,机组一次调频技术指标能满足电网的要求。
Aiming at problem of insufficient primary frequency modulation response of 3 5 units in Taishan power plant, this paper analyzes primary frequency modulation control logic and proposes shortages of the design for control strategy. Therefore, it proposes logic optimization strategy which is to use the same frequency difference signal for the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system and the unit coordinated control system. In addition, it proposes to add load correction to load setting value circuit, modify the speed governing droop from 5% to 4.5% in order to improve load incre- ment. Primary frequency modulation response testing result verifies that the primary frequency modulation technological in- dex is able to meet requirements of the power grid after carrying out control logic optimization.
