摘要
辅导员队伍是高校组织实施大学生思想政治教育的重要力量,在具体工作实践中需要高校辅导员树立价值自信,提升工作品质和特殊人格力量。改善高校辅导员的发展路径,提升学校教育管理的整体质量,必须从根本上认清和强化辅导员工作的动力来源,从理想信念和价值取向上不断发掘提升辅导员的价值自信。
Counselors are an important force in the implementation of the ideological and political education. In practice, college counselors need to establish the value of self-confidence and improve the quality and special personality. The power source must be recognized and the value of confidence counselors must be continuously explored from the ideal and belief orientation so as to strengthen the development path and improve the overall quality of school management.
