摘要
PWM整流电路具有功率因数高、电流畸变小等优点,在电源系统中有着广阔的应用前景。文中设计了基于IGBT的单相PWM整流器,给出了系统整体设计方案和详细的设计过程,包括主电路、控制电路、驱动电路的设计。将设计的PWM整流电路在实验室进行了实验,结果表明所设计的基于IGBT的单相PWM整流电路的正确性和可行性。
PWM rectifiers with the excellent performance such as high power factor and small current distortion are used widely in power supply system. The whole design plan and process including the main circuit, control circuit and driving circuit are given in detail in this paper. In order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the PWM rectifier, ex- periments for PWM rectifiers have been conducted. Experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the sin- gle-phase PWM rectifier circuit based on IGBT.
