谷胱甘肽在铁氰化铜修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为研究

Electrochemical Analysis of Glutathione at Copper(Ⅱ) Hexacya Noferrate(Ⅲ) Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

摘要 制备了新型铁氰化铜Cu3[W(CN)6]2修饰碳糊电极(CuHCF—CPE)。研究了谷胱甘肽(GSH)在CuHCF—CPE上的电化学行为。在最优条件下,采用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测得电催化氧化峰电流与GSH浓度在4.0-120μmol/L范围呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.682vmol/L(S/N=3)。该方法简单、快速、灵敏。 In the paper, copper(ll) hexacya noferrate(lll) modified carbon paste electrode (CuHCF-CPE) was fabricated. Under optimal conditions, the relationship of l-c over the range of 4.0-120 μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.682lamol/L (S/N = 3) were obtained by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive.
