摘要
采用问卷调查和实验干预的方法,对规律性体育锻炼改善城市老年群体睡眠障碍进行了研究。研究认为,规律性的体育锻炼能够有效缩短入睡时间,提高睡眠效率,对缓解睡眠障碍有显著效果。另外,研究还发现,情绪是影响睡眠质量的一个重要调节变量。
By questionnaire and test method for urban aged group sleep intervention, this paper studied the regular physical exercise to improve sleep disorder city elderly population. Research considered: Regular exercise could effectively shorten sleep time, improve the efficiency of sleep, have a significant effect on alleviating sleep disorders. In addition, the study also found that emotion was an important variable quality of sleep.
