摘要
目的:评价喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及安全性。方法:检索国内外公开发表的关于喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病的随机对照试验文献,采用Jadad质量评分法对文献质量进行评价,对纳入的文献研究进行Meta分析。结果:对纳入的27篇研究文献进行Meta分析,结果显示喜炎平注射液在总有效率、退热时间、退疹时间、住院时间方面均优于对照组。结论:喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病有较好的疗效并且不良反应发生率低。由于纳入文献质量较差,尚需设计更加严谨的多中心大样本随机对照试验进一步证实结论。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods： Randomized controlled trials on Xiyanping injection in the treatment of HFMD were retrieved to screen the qualified researches. Jadad scale was used to assess the quality of the inclusive trials, and the data were analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results： Twenty-seven researches were operated by Meta-analysis, and the results showed that the defervesee, vanishing of the rashes, length of hospitalization and effective rate in the Xiyanping injection group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions： The results should be verified by strictly-designed multi-center, large sample randomized controlled trials, because the quality of the present researches is low.
