低场磁共振和CT诊断脊柱创伤的初步对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨低场磁共振(MRI)和CT技术在脊柱创伤中的诊断价值,并对两种技术的检查结果进行对比分析。方法收集在该医院同时进行低场磁共振及CT检查的28例脊柱创伤患者,并对患者的低场磁共振及CT检查资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果 CT检查结果显示三柱解剖结构、脊髓受压程度及骨性椎管情况;低场磁共振显示脊椎、腰椎骨折,合并椎间盘碎裂或单纯性椎间盘突出,脊柱滑脱,脊柱损伤等多种病理变化。结论低场磁共振能够全方位地诊断脊柱和脊髓创伤的程度以及病理变化,能够对椎间盘韧带、脊髓及软组织的创伤作出全面地评价,是一种临床诊断、治疗评价和改善预后的最佳检查方法,特别对CT不能发现的脊柱创伤具有极其重要的意义。 Objective To assess the value of low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosing spine trauma and compare it with CT. Methods A total of 28 eases of hospitalized patients with spine trauma underwent low-field MRI and CT examination in our hospital were selected, and their data of low-field MRI and CT examination were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Results The CT showed three pillars structure of dissection, the compression level of spinal cord and the situation of bony spinal canal. Low- field MRI showed lumbar spine fractures, combined with the broken merge disc or the mere protrusion of disc, spondylolisthesis, spinal injury and other pathological changes. Conclusion Low-field magnetic resonance imaging technology is used to diagnose the full extent trauma of spine, spinal cord and pathological changes in the spinal cord. It can make a comprehensive evaluation for the trauma of spinal cord, intervertebral ligaments and soft tissue. It is the best inspection method for clinical diagnosis, the evaluation of treatment and the improvement of prognosis. It is extremely important, especially in finding the spinal trauma that CT can not find.
