摘要
目的:观察地佐辛和利多卡因对人工流产术中丙泊酚注射痛的影响。方法:选择150例ASA分级I-II级行人工流产患者,随机分为三组,每组50例。对照组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予生理盐水3ml;利多卡因组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予2%盐酸利多卡因3ml;地佐辛组:丙泊酚注射前3min给予0.1mg/kg地佐辛。采用行为模糊指示法进行评分观察丙泊酚注射痛程度。结果:地佐辛组和利多卡因组之间注射痛无差异,但均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛和利多卡因均能明显降低丙泊酚注射痛,同时地佐辛还能减轻流产手术所致的疼痛反应。
Objective:To observe the effect of dezocine and lidocaine on pain of propofol-induced injection and effect of artificial abortion analgesia. Methods: 150 cases of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ class of artificial abortion are randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group: 3 rain before propofol injection given saline 3 ml; The lidocaine group: 3 min before propofol injection given 2% lidocaine hydrochloride 3 ml; The dezocine group:3 min before propofol injection given 0.1mg/kg dezocine. Observe the degree of propofol injection pain by using behavior fuzzy indicator method. Results:There is no difference in dezocine and lidocaine injection pain between the groups, but they are significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Both dezocine and lidocaine can apparently reduce injection pain of propofol, at the same time dezocine can relieve the pain caused by the reaction of abortion operation.
