摘要
通过对高油玉米与普通玉米品质的对比研究指出 ,高油玉米籽粒蛋白质、脂肪及必需氨基酸含量明显高于普通玉米 ,淀粉含量明显低于普通玉米 。
The comparison of quality between high oil corn and common corn point out that the protein,the lipid and the necessary amino acid of high oil corn are more than that of common corn,the starch of high oil corn lower than that of common corn,the fatty acid composition is different between high oil corn and common corn.
