摘要
目的 检测微波针辐射猪肝内顺铂还原铁粉混悬液的热反应和顺铂组织含量.方法 将1ml顺铂含量为9.52 g/L,铁颗粒含量为95.53 g/L的混悬液注射入小家猪肝脏内,用医用微波针对该注射点进行局部微波加热.用红外热像仪测定加热5、10 min时的温度和发热体最大直径,用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)检测加热10 min、24 h顺铂组织含量.将注射同等剂量顺铂者作为对照.结果 采用微波针辐射猪肝脏内顺铂还原铁粉混悬液5 - 10 mint,低能级组(30 w),高能级组(60w)和对照组(60w)局部温度分别可以达到45 -75、55-95和45-75℃;大于45℃发热体最大直径分别为2.79-3.36、3.10 -3.50和2.32 -2.85 cm;顺铂组织含量分别为(2.19±0.17)、(2.10±0.13)和(2.35 ±0.16) g/L,24h以后分别为(1.81±0.12)、(1.98±0.10)和(0.54 ±0.19) g/L(P<0.01).结论 微波针辐射可以在5- 10 min内将含有顺铂还原铁粉混悬液的肝脏组织快速升温至45-95℃,且局部具有较高的抗癌药物组织含量,发热体直径明显大于普通微波组,具有明显优势.
Objective To detect the thermal effect of microwave needle enhanced by cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical suspl in pig liver.Methods One ml of cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical (Fe content:95.53 g/L,and cisplatin:9.52 g/L) suspl was injected into pig liver,then the microwave needle (30,and 60 W) was used to heat the same site.Five and 10 min later the local temprature and the hot body diameters were measured by using infrared ray temprature detector.Ten min and 24 h later the local cisplatin contents were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results After the microwave heating lasted for 5-10 mint,the local temprature in the low (30 W) energy group,the high (60 W) energy group and the control group (cisplatin injection,60 W) was 45-75,55-95,and 45-75 ℃C,and the hot body diameters (over 45℃) were 2.79-3.36,3.10-3.50 and 2.32-2.85 cm,respectively.The local cisplatin contents in the low (30 W) energy group,the high (60 W) energy group and the control group (cisplatin injection,60 W) were (2.19 ±0.17),(2.10 ±0.13) and (2.35 ±0.16) g/L respectively,and 24 h later they were (1.81 ±0.12),(1.98 ±0.10) and (0.54 ±0.19) g/L respectively (P〈0.01).Conclusion The local temprature of cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical suspl in pig liver can be easily increased to 45-95℃C by the microwave needle,and the hot body diameters were greater and the local cisplatin contents were higher than the usual.
