摘要
对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜进行共混改性,制备了3组不同纳米TiO2质量分数的膜组件。通过对膜的微观结构、接触角、孔隙率、平均孔径和水通量等参数进行表征,及放置膜生物反应器内处理生活污水的小试试验研究,对比了3组的出水水质、膜通量和通量恢复率。结果表明:3个膜组件的出水水质均能达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质标准》(GB/T 18920—2002)的要求,纳米TiO2改善了PVDF中空纤维膜的亲水性,提高了其抗污染能力,有利于延迟膜的清洗周期。
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microfiltration membrane has been modified by blending with nano-TiO=. Three group of modules, such as microstructure, contact angle, porosity, average pore diameter, water flux, etc. are characterized. And the underbrush test research which placed the module in the membrane bioreactor to treatment domestic sewage, small-scale tests on domestic sewage treatment are performed by placing membrane biological re- action. The results show that the effluent water quality of the three membranes can all meet the requirements of The Urban Sewage Recycling City Miscellaneous Water (GB/T 18920-2002). Nano-TiO2 has improved PVDF hollow fiber membrane hydrophilicity and its anti-pollution capacity ,which is good for prolonging membrane cleaning cycle.
