双级矩阵变换器的直接功率控制策略

摘要 针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)的输入功率因数易受系统参数、负载等的影响,提出了一种基于空间矢量调制的直接功率控制策略。该策略对TSMC的整流级和逆变级进行闭环控制,在保证高输出性能的同时也解决了输入功率因数及电流谐波的问题,并且空间矢量调制避免了传统直接功率控制查表法中开关频率不稳定所产生的影响。仿真结果表明该系统具有良好的输入、输出性能,达到了对有功功率和无功功率的良好控制,实现了单位输入功率因数,系统具有良好的动、静态性能,从而验证了该方案的正确性和有效性。 Aiming at the problem of two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) input power factor easily influenced by the system parameters, loads conditions and so on, a space vector modulation based on direct power control strategy for TSMC was proposed. The closed-loop control of the rectifier and inverter of TSMC was done, and high output performance was ensured while also the problem of input power factor and current harmonics were solved. The switch frequency unstable influence in traditional DPC look-up table method was avoided by the space vector modulation. The simulation results indicate: The system has good input and output performance, reaches the good control on the active and reactive power, realizes unit input power factor, and has a good dynamic and static performance. Thus, the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy were verified.
