摘要 水分子通道蛋白-5(AQP5)是细胞跨膜转运蛋白之一,具有高通透性,通过此通道水可以经过质膜向高渗方向快速移动。干燥综合征(SS)是一种侵犯涎腺、泪腺等外分泌腺为主的自身免疫性疾病。在SS的发病机制中,目前只有AQP5证实与唾液分泌功能密切相关。AQP5在SS涎腺及泪腺组织定位明确,其转运分布的异常,均能导致腺体破坏及M3R的异常,引起口眼干等症状。而中医治疗SS可通过AQP5途径刺激增加腺体分泌,为SS的治疗提供新思路。 Aquaporin-5 ( AQP5 ) is one of cell membrane transport proteins, and has high permeability. Water can quickly move to the hypertonic direction through the eytolemma. Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease that primarily affects the salivary and lacrimal glands. In the pathogenesis of SS, it is approved that AQP5 is closely connected with the function of salivary secretion now. The location of AQP5 in labial gland and lacrimal gland is clear and definite, but the abnormity of AQP5 in transportation and distribution can lead to gland destruction and M3R disorder, which also gives rise to some symptoms, such as dryness of eye and mouth. Traditional Chinese medicine can make a breakthrough in increasing the glandular secretion by the way of AQP5, which provides new mentality for the treatment of SS.
